SOIN transaction does not exist in SRM 5.0

Hello,

i am working on a SRM release 5.0.

I want to check SAP connect inbound requests, but SOIN transaction does not exist... Is this 'normal'?

How can i display incoming e-mail as it is possible for outgoing e-mails through SOST transaction?
