SNC - Stop generation of DespatchedDeliveryNotification XML

Hi Experts,

We are using SNC5.1, it is generating DespatchedDeliveryNotification xml message when user create/publish ASN in SNC WebUI. I have entered the validation check "ASN_PUBLISH_DIRECT_ROUTING" as inactive in most of the profiles (PO001, PO002 etc) however it is still generating the xml.

Please let me know what should i do to stop generation of this xml.
