SMQ2 queues are in running status

Hi All,

I am facing issues,after shopping cart(SRM 7.0) is approved PO can not be created.observed inbound Queues are stuck with running status only for a long time and it never allowed to reprocess from the SXMB_MONI. status is GREEN in ECC6 EHP4.

found DUMP in ECC as Message_type_X and at times time out error.

where as in live and quality systems no issues,facing only in development system.

Could you please assist me how to over come from this intermittent issue.
