SLP - Qualification - Can qualification be initiated before the registration is approved?

I am trying to make the process of supplier onboarding move faster, and in this case, there is a delay due to having to wait until the registration is completely approved to initiate qualification. The processing time of the registration slows down the invitation to become qualified. I have considered using modular questionnaires to resolve this, since they can be sent without waiting for registration approval, but the main limitation is that the template cannot have more than one document. Qualification allows us to store multiple documents/surveys, which is critical as well.

The possibility of bypassing the standard registration process in Ariba through a method known as Force Registration. This would allow us to expedite the supplier qualification process without requiring their participation in the questionnaires.
