Slicense Issue SRM 5.0

Hi Experts,

While installing license we are getting the below error

"rc of SsfLibEncode: 11 = SSF_API_ENCODE_FAILED = ASN.1 encoding failed."

Please help. Checked strust and it shows "Error while creating PSE" .

Hi Preetha,

Such errors occur when SAPCryptolib is not correctly installed on the system.

Please, review SAP Notes 662340 and 510007 (points 1 and 2) and ensure that SAPCryptolib is installed accordingly.
