Single login to SAP and Ariba

When login to SAP or Ariba I'm transferred to the Single login website. I select my user and then I can wait a hour.

Are there other ways to login that are faster to use. And also not are failing all the time like the single login.

Every time Ariba crashes and I have to login again I have to restart my explore and maybe also my pc to be able to connect again.

Please recommend a guide for how to setup the interfaces correct between SAP, explore and the single login.
