Shortening the URL of Questionnaires

Hi,

We are on SRM 7.0 and using ROS on a separate client to register vendors. Once the vendors subscribe themselves to certain product categories, they are sent an email with a questionnaire link for those categories.

However these links are really big. (Ex : https://XYZ.COM/sap/bc/bsp/sap/uws_form_service/page1.htm?uws_application=ROS_QUESTIONNAIRES&uws_mod...

Is there a way I can shorten these URLs (and make them look meaningful i.e. can these URLs carry the category name instead of the GUID). Pl explain the procedure in detail.
