Shopping Cart - xxxxxx errored out because the budget was not available when the shopping basket was approved.

Hello,

If the cart is in status I1112 (Error in transmission), you can now retransfer it from Monitor Shopping Cart or Application Monitor.

Have a look at note 1480994.
