Shopping_Error in Transmission

Dear All,

The below shopping cart was in the error with follow on documents not transferred. This we have transferred manually several times. But still it is coming back to the same state as earlier.

Status of Shopping Cart in Portal

The above was the status in TCode BBP_PD.

So please help me to resolve the above issue.

Hi,

Check if there is any Short Dumps in ST22 or any log in SLG1. What does the RZ20 say, is there any error discription cpatured in there? Doesn't your Application monitor for the PO reflect the error?

Normally there would be a short dump. Check in both system if you are in ECS.
