Hi Gurus,

I have a requirement to show SC workflow in PO approval overview.

I have n-step approval workflow implemented (WS14500015) for my SC and my PO is not subjected to workflow.

Please let me know how is it possible.

I am using extended classic scenario

Hello,

what is the business need for this request?

Using "Document history" sub-tab, you can jump into SC, and then to its workflow...

Laurent.

The business need is customer doesn't want to have so many clicks to check the SC workflow.

Also, curently in document history subtab, only document number(SC no.) is mentioned - where is the link to jump to SC?

Hello,

functionnality i mentionned exists in SRM 7.0.

Maybe it does not exist in lower releases (i do not remember).

I think you will have to add a specific sub-tab to get SC workflow in PO header data (Dynpro and HTML templates based on those existing for SC).

Regards.

Laurent.

We are using SRM 5.0

Is there any other way apart from creating a new subtab?

Thanks

Hello,

you will not have any other solutions than do it by specific developpements.

Hello Laurent,

Can we not just change the same subtab "approval"?

Hello,

That is not a suggested approach as Approval preview of PO has a specific use. This may create confusion in future, even if you get it done somehow.

As rightly suggested by Laurent, what can be done here is to have a custom button/tab, which shows historical data of SC approval.

Warm Regards,

We have done by using enhancement and without creating a subtab or anything
