Shopping cart with Multiple Service items in SRM 7.0

Hi All,

Customer is using SRM 7.0 Self-Service procurement

When we create shopping cart with multiple items, Purchase requisition created in ECC after the approval of shopping cart.

In ECC Purchase Requisition, some of the items are clubbed together and created the Service hierarchy and some of the items are not.

Could you please help me on this what may be issue here?

Hello Raj,

ECC uses the concept of service lines, all the items with same product category are grouped as one line item in ECC with services as service lines. This is standard, no issues.

Thanks for the reply Ashutosh.

Example:

I have 5 service items in shopping cart as below; All are with same product category.

Service 1

Service 2

Service 3

Service 4

Service 5

The appearance of ht PR in the backend as below

Service 1

Service item

Service 2

Service 3

Service 4

Service 5

First item replicated as a flat service and the rest of 4 items are added as a hierarchy as ablove.
