Shopping Cart transfer issue

Hi All,

I have couple of shopping carts in Approved status. Initially SC was in Error in Process. Once the error is rectified, the status of the Shopping cart is approved in Portal but in BBP_PD is the status is showing as  Item in Transfer Process.

I have tried all the possibilities which were posted in earlier for the same kind of issue to reset the status back to Error in process, but nothing is happening.

Please give me some idea to fix this issue.

Hello,

Report BBP_SC_AUTO_RETRANSFER should be scheduled in background in order to process erroneous shopping carts.

Read explanation given in note 1499352, which explains how this report should work.

I have tried to execute the report manually, but nothing has happened. Does this report works only in Background processing?

Hi Pratap,

This report you can execute in Foreground as well. Did you remove the Simulate check box while executing it? Once you execute this it will show the result and let you know if there is any error.

Could you please check in RZ20 or Application Monitor (In Portal) if you are seeing exact error message what you are getting for that SC that will help to identify the solution.

Hi Pratap,

I would assume you are not seeing any error in RZ20 or application monitor for this shopping cart.

Could you please provide which status you are seeing I1111 or I1112 when you check SC in BBP_PD?

The status was back to I1111 from I1112 even after trying to transfer manually.
