shopping cart status

Hi,

One of the shopping is rejected, Status is showing as Rejected in Item level, but in the heading the status is still displaying as Awaiting for Approval.

Can anyone tell, how to correct this.

Hi,

I think the workflow activated is an item level approval one. and if in this case, if all items are not approved then the cart header will be in awaiting approval state where as the item will be in approved/rejected state.

I would be identifying the problem solution in above mentioned way.

Hi Karthik,

My shopping contains only one item. And this was the problem with only 3 to Shopping Carts. In the SRM portal we are able to see this status in Monitor Shopping Cart level. But can you guide me how can i find this status in SRM GUI system which Transaction code can show this status.

Hello,

In BBP_PD you would be able to find the header shopping cart status.

Has the requester accepted the rejection? You can check if workitem is available in requester's inbox.

After requester accepts the rejection, release rejected status would be assumed.
