shopping cart status error in process because of error in commitments check

Hello All,

We have upgraded SRM4.0 to SRM 7.0 and we are in to classic scenario. now when user is trying to create the shopping cart, the status is approved but because of error in backend transfer it is going to into error in process state and the error is "ME 299 error in commitment check". our FI team says Funds are correctly allocated to fundcenter. but dont know why the shopping carts are not transferring to backend system.

This we are facing in production system, please help me how to resolve this issue.

Please check the OSS note Note 1117094 - FAQ: Error message ME 299 in RZ20 alert monitor

Please check and correct the following from your R/3 side

• In OME0 or OMCQ, change the message control for ME 299 to warning.
