Hi
In order to fulfill my SLA's i need to know entrytime (entrydate) of shoppingcarts in SOCO and then the time/date the Shopping cart is turned into a PO.
How do i get this statistic material in SRM/SAP

You need to develop a custom report for this
to calculate life cycle time of shopping cart
