Shopping cart Rejection status

Hello Experts,

I have an issues with the Status of the SRM Shopping cart.

I have rejected the shopping cart in the first level and when i was checked the status of the cart it was showing as Approved even though i was rejected.

Please find the attached screen shot for the reference and help on this issue.

Firstly it needs to be found out where exactly the problem is coming from. Is the wrong decision visible on the workflow log too? Or is it just a display issue? If this is a display issue only, you can start to debug the

/SAPSRM/CL_CH_WD_DOM_APV_AT
*& /SAPSRM/IF_CLL_DOM_APV_EXT
*& ~CONVRT_PROC_INFO_FOR_UI

To find out where exactly the problem is coming from. When however the error is in the workflow log too, you need to debug the approval process and check when the decision is incorrectly set to approved.
