Shopping cart rejected but requestor able to revise

Shopping cart rejected but requestor able to edit or revise after rejection,also found in approval list.what could be the reason and how to fix it.

hi,

please check the version of the document, look at the modify tag (Closed) of the version and check if it was successfully updated.

Hi Laura

Requestor should not have the option of edit or revise once the shopping cart rejected but in my case even after shopping cart rejection requestor was able to edit.

why requestor was able to edit?

check this wiki:

Workitem is not returning to the requester when document is fully rejected

It gives you customizing to have functionnality you described and you do not want.

So, do the reverse.
