Shopping Cart item status "Error in Process"

Hi All,

Right now, we are in the middle of an implementation. We use SRM 7.01 Classic scenario and ECC 6.05 as backend system.

We have created SC in SRM and source it directly into PO. PO is successfully created in backend.

But the status of the sourced SC item turned into "Error in Process", although PO creation process is successfully done.

Could anyone please provide input on how to fix this?

Hi Varian,

Please refer the Note # 1517301 - Prevent 'commit work' in BAPI_PO_CREATE etc. This should resolve your issue.

Hi Varian,

Are you seeing Shopping cart error in Process in Monitor Shopping cart report or BBP_PD transaction code? Do you see PO number in related document of the SC?

For error in process check in Txn RZ20.

As well confirm if you have set report BBP_GET_STATUS_2.
