Hello All,
We are using SRM 5.0 and the problem is that after the Shopping cart is completely approved, the line item has the status "Item in transfer Process". So, SRM PO is not created for these carts.
I have checked almost all the old threads related to this topic and tried all the possible ways suggested in those threads but the issue is not resolved.
I have collected the data for these carts, and most of the carts went into this status when large dump was created in st22. I couldn't find another other information in RZ20.
Below is the status for one of the carts in BBP_PD.
Status Description Inactiv
HEADER I1009 Held X
HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X
HEADER I1021 Created
HEADER I1038 Complete
HEADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered
HEADER I1129 Approved
0000000001 I1111 Item in Transfer Process
Please help in resolving it.
Thanks in advance.

what type of shopping cart it was
is your clean job runs?
SAP itself could not diagnoise the error . thats wy it thrown exception without any sap reason. there is some bad data
try to recreate the same data and replicate the same issue in development box.
If limit shopping cart item has accounting distribution (e.g. by value) this leads to 'error in process' E:BBP_BD 002 - buffer table not up to date using RZ20 SAP EnterpriseBuyer Monitors, Shopping Cart.
is it a limit shopping cart
dont you have a fixed source of supply for this shopping cart
give more details of the shoping cart
Note 1317756 - E:BBP_BD 002 - limit SC with accounting distribution
what SAP SRM version are you working on?
how about account assignment ? cost center . did you distribute percentage level.

Hi Muzammil
First, Check ST22 dump if you find any....Second, do you have all configurations in place for the Creation of a PO in SRM(i believe you have extended classic scenario).
Also, is your configuration, Follow on document for product category in place in IMG for the categories used in the cart?
In the end, if you dont find anything wrong, create another Shopping cart and see if you get into same situation again.....

Hello Muthu,
Yes, the clean job runs in the system. We are in SRM 5.0.
There was one requirement for one of the shopping cart which was in item in transfer process status. So, i created another cart with the same details and it processed successfully.
This issue is not with all the carts, but it is with only particular carts. I am unable to recreate this
Below are the answers for the questions you asked:
-- No, it is not a limit shopping cart
-- Source of supply is not fixed. It is chosen from the vendor list applicable for the product category selected in the SC.
-- Assignments of Cost center and other things is set up in the customised approval matrix table.
-- The approval flow is designed based on the value of the SC and the matrix type.
-- Matrix type is defined as 1,2 ,3....such that each type will have various levels of approvers. For example in type 1 there are 4
-- two approvers cannot have same set of cost assignment dimensions
Please let me know if any more information is required.
Thanks,
Muzammil
Thanks Muzammil for your detail information.
try to to recreate or convince the user to recreate another cart.
any issues if you recreated you will come to know the problem. due to buffer issue and data issue it might happen.
sorry i could not help you further. if you were able to recreate, we or SAP can help to fix this issue.

last chance. try Richardo techniques

Hello Muthu,
Sorry for the delay in reply. I was out of station.
I have been told that i am supposed to use to change the date/time of the reports. Only Basis team is supposed to do it.
I requested one user to create the same shopping cart and it got processed successfully.
Thanks alot for your inputs. I will keep you updated about my findings.
Thanks,
Muzammil
