Hello Experts,
I have a portal 7.0 with SRM 7.0 BP installed in it and the employee self service role is assigned to the user. I am able to order items in shopping cart through the shop iView. The "saved" status of all the SCs are getting displayed in the check status iView. No action is getting triggered when I try to click on the button "display details" or the link of SCno link on the powl(Shopping Cart). Please help me out on this.
Regards,
Ram

Hi Smita/Konstantin, Thanks for the responses. I am not getting any java scrip error message button when I click in the button javascript(0)being displayed. Also there is not dump in the st22 tcode. We are maintaining HTTP connetions in both the system. Also, the portal server setting in the table /SAPSRM/V_PORT_C is being maintained in S32. The system alias is SAP_SRM. I am still getting the issue. Best Regards, Ram
Hi Ram,
You need to have additional roles at backend. SAP_ALL will not suffice.
Have a look at below link for roles at backend:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm70/helpdata/en/48/56d4a2e2b61ed2e10000000a421937/content.htm
Hope it helps.
