Shopping cart is rejected but still appearing in approvers home screen.

Hi All,

We are using SRM 7.0. PDP scenario.

User has created a SC through project builder which has been transffered in SRM.

We are using multiple approver workflow in which one of the approver has rejected a shopping cart but it is still appearing in his home tab and when he is trying to reject once again he is getting error message as,"Action REJECT has not been performed succesfully","

When I am searching for that shopping cart, The status is showing as "Release rejected".

I have check the status of SC in BBP_PD , it is in rejected status but when I checked the workflow in SWI6 it is showing as "ready" state for that approver (who has actully rejected the SC).

I want that shopping cart to be removed from approvers home tab.

Is it possible to change the status of workflow from ready to reject?

Please help.

Hi Anannya

I am assuming this is a one off case as sometimes the workflow gets stuck and behaves weirdly

I am not sure of a permanent fix for this .But can give you a workaround for it ..

To remove the Work item from the SC requester 's inbox do the following :

Follow the steps below I have also created an article for the same . Please refer that as well if you have some time .

1, Find the Work item ID .. go to SWI5

2. Find the work item ID corresponding to the SC from the list :

3. now go to SWIA with this Work item ID

4. Double click on the above it will take you to this screen ,.. and now select GOTO Technical work item display

5. Select from Menu Bar >> EDIT >> CHANGE  and then logically delete:
