Shopping cart is in Purchaser worklist

Hello Experts,

Sourcing Cockpit issue :

Shopping is created for 1st line item status of SC is 'Purchaser Worklist' and for 2nd the status is Follow on document created.

Now for 1st line item the Buyer is already processed the SC and convert it into PO but no PO is created nor the status of the Shopping cart from Purchaser worklist changed.

I am assuming user has done some wrong steps to convert SC into PO from Sourcing, but now user try to again process the smae SC but the SC is no more availble in the sourcing cockpit.

I checked in the BBP_PD the PO is also not created for line item 1 .

Please let me know how i can further remove this issue.

Hi

Errors must be captured in RZ20 /APPLCIATION MONITOR SHOPPING CART.

or

Since you confirmed that you have no po created at item level.

so you can assign vendor to the shopping cart and create a purchase order .

now you must get two thing either PO or ERROR .

what is that?

How i can assign the vendor to a shoppign cart as there is no SC in the buyer sourcing Cockpit and am also not getting any error in RZ20.

There are 2 possibilities.....There might be a contract exists for that item and got defaulted in the SC line item as the fixed vendor. OR there might be a Vendor list maintained for that item and vendor must have defaulted. please check and confirm. Also what scenario you are using?

HI Jagdish,

I am working on extended classic scenrio in srm 7.0 v.

is there any possibility that i can check the sourcing cockit items from backend because user said he is not able to see the SC in the sourcing cockit and i cannot log-in with the concerned user.

Now if item is not available in the sourcing cockpit as user said then how i can open the SC in edit mode becasue there is no button to edit the SC and assign the vendor.

Hi Smriti,

Since you did not see the shopping cart in Sourcing Cockpit, kindly check if sourcing is activated for the product category for which you are creating the shopping cart.

Also ensure that net price is not zero as it will not create a PO but a PR if net price is zero.

Meanwhile use RZ20 and SLG1 to analyze what went wrong for the first time.

What version are you using? Check the errors in RZ20 or SC monitor and see if any errors exists. In BBP_PD what status i howing for this SC?
