Shopping cart creation

Hi All,

When i am trying to create shopping cart in SRM portal, system is giving the error as Enter company code. When i checked in ppoma_bbp, under attributes tab, company code is already has been assigned. And under Check tab for that user everything is green. When i checked using t code : bbp_bp_om_integrate, everything is in green colour. How to resolve this error ?

Hello CB,

What version of SRM are you using?

When you create the SC do you get a value in the BASIC data tab of the SC?

Also, is there a plant showing in the BASIC data tab of the SC.

Did you check the extended attributes of the user and is there a location (plant) defined?

Please check.
