Shopping cart Completation

Hi experts

I want to use process controled workflow and I have a requirement that a shopping cart must be creted and go to purchaser, if purchaser have some doubt about the requirement must send back to user requestor that must insert more information and send to purchaser agaim, if purchaser have more doubt must resend back to user requestor until no more doubts remain and purchaser cam process the shopping cart.

It is possible usind PCW ?

Hello Nilson,

You can easily achieve this by using PCW.

There is standard resolver which will send the SC for approval to PGrp. (SC_RR_PURCHASING_GROUP).

Use the completion approval task, if buyer has questions he can send the SC back using the Inquire functionality and requestor can make the changes and resubmit.

Unfornatally not, this is a a document that helps in configuration for PCW but not for my requirement, I am using BPM now and I think it will solve the problem.
