Shopping cart approved notification to requester

Hi All,

We are facing currently a problem. Issue is that requester is not receiving notification after completion of shopping cart.

This was working fine before 31st May but after that no requester has received the notification.

All the other notifications are working fine. Could you please guide us where to look at ?

Hello,

Are you expecting to get this notification via e-mail?

If so, check the following parameters:

- Set the attribute FORWARD_WI for the requester.

- In SU01, select "email" as the communication method and maintain an email address.

- In SO16, select 'Send to home address of users' / tab mail sy.grp
