Shopping cart Approved but no Follow on document

Hi All,

I am having the Following issue in SRM7.0

Shopping cart is Showing Approved in PORTAL, where as in BBP_PD it is showing awaiting approval status.

On checking the approval preview i could see the Approver as "System". the shopping cart is not in Sourcing cockpit. The issue is no follow on document is created for this Shopping cart

Hi Nishanth,

What is your scenario? Are you creating PO in ECC or SRM system once SC is approved?

Also, Do you see any error in RZ20 or application monitor for the sc?

Hi Ritesh,

The PO is getting created in SRM. There is no error appearing in RZ2O.

I am more confused with the fact that , SC is in awaiting approval status in BBP_PD and sc is showing "Approved " in Portal

Hi Nishanth,

That is quite interesting. Please check Note 1465740 - SRM document is stuck in the approval process It explain how  you can handle such stuck approval issue and find out issue. There is steps mentioned in that.

The Issue was happening because one enhancment was disabled at our end.
