An approver couldnt approve the shopping cart.When he tries to open the cart it says "user attributes are inconsistent in PPOMA_BBP".
On further analysis i tried to open the sc in "MONITOR SHOPPING CART" and got the same error
The problem i found is the requester of shopping cart was moved to some other organization recently.Hernce we he created SC he was in different company and now he is assigned to different company
Is there any way to resolve this?
