Shopping cart able to change after approval

HI Friends,

We are working on extended classic scenario in SRM5.0.

Normally shopping cart not able to modify after approving the shopping But in our case Though shopping cart is approved after requisitioner can able to change it.

Please help me how to restrict this one.

Hi Shinivas,

Depending on your SRM 5.0 support package, you should apply the following note:

1315293 - Completely approved shopping cart can be changed

Before this note, in some cases, even after the workflow has its status as "completed", user is still able to change it.
