Hi,

Here is our requirement. A group of Users in Organization should be able to procure for any user in the Organization.

On config Side i did this, I have sent the Requisitioner Attribute to O XXXXXXXX (Top most Node Number). When I click on Shop and search for other Users its throwing me No Value Found.

Pls let me know if there are any notes available or do i need to do anything from the config side?

Regards,

Satya.

Hi

I couldn't find any relevant note to this issue. Please docublecheck whether you have maintained the org. ID correctly in the REQUESTER attribute.

The Requisitioner Attribute is searched in the function module BBP_GET_BOBUSERS_F4, maybe you could debug this.

Regards,

Peter

Hi,

I only know if you type the ORG ID, there is a possibility to make a mistake typing many spaces or no space after O.

Please use F4 help to input the Org ID.

Hi,

Thanks for your inputs.

Because of additional spaces the entire list is not getting populated.

Here is one more question.

As of now I am buliding my Org Strucutere from SAP HR in SAP SRM using ALE. and I have maintained the required attributes in the Org Strucutre which includes maintaining the Requisitioner Attribure as Org Unit.

Here is mt case.

User1 has Shop Full functionality.

User2 has come up in the Org Strucutre from SAP HR. and SU01 is not created for User2.

User1 is responsible for Shopping on behalf of User2.

When ever User1 is creating a Shopping Cart on Behalf of User2(whoes SU01 is not set) when ever i click on check its not showing any error message.

Is there any config setting while replicating the Org Structure from SAP HR to restrict the users who has SU01? or is there any config setting to validate the User is active or not in SRM.

Pls advice on this.

Satya

You were a life saver! I looked for hours on how to get my shop on behalf of function (Shopping Cart - Full Functionality) to work. I could never select anyone from the search list.

I did a copy and past of the top-level organization value from the display in the SRM admin tool to my Requesitioner attribute in my account. It had TWO spaces between the letter O and the 5xxxxxxx number. Deleted the extra space so one one was there and presto. Works like a charm. Thanks!
