SES and Invoice Failed in SAP ECC

Hi Experts,

In our current set-up, we have ServiceEntrySheetResponse and InvoiceStatusUpdate, however when we send an SES and Invoice to SAP ECC and it failed (we saw the failure when checking we02 for Invoice and sxmb_moni for SES). SAP ECC is not throwing the failed information to Ariba Network as it is still in "Sent" status. Are we missing a configuration? Or is this an additional configuration in SAP ECC?

Hi,

Document status update needs to be configured. When something fails in SAP, document status update is used to send a message back to Ariba Network about the failure.
