Service RFX error on portal

Hi,

I am using extended classic scenario where PR is created in ECC and it is transferred to SRM for further processing.When Service RFx is created from shopping cart,item type material is coming instead of outline.So Rfx is not publishing.Can u please help on this issue? SR

Hello,

RFx items behaves differently according to the hierarchy template assigned to the RFx.
If Hierarchy Template is HIER_SRM then Service Item can be added as main item. If Hierarchy Template is HIER_SE then Service Item can be added under Outline item only.
