Hi All,
Kindly gudie me on below issue:
SRM Version : SRM 7.02 EHP2
Scnario : Extend Classic Scnario.
Service purchase order got created from SOCO. It is replicated to ECC. This purchase order has 5 line items in SRM.
line items 1,2,3 & 5 got replicated to ECC successfully.
But line item 4 has different price in ECC. As i have checked ECC PO, it has sub services which are not there is SRM PO. And also number of line items in both systems is same. but SRM PO 4th line item is differently appearing in ECC with a different price. it has sub services.
Purchaser simply converted shopping cart to PO without adding any sub lines . these sub lines are not there in SRM either at SC or PO level.
Then system how come it captured these sub services in ECC for a specific line item
Kindly guide me.
Thanks,
Viswanath.
Hi Viswanath,
It seems to me item 4 is a service item. Could you please check in SRM side whether it is true?
You may take a look at the field "PRODUCT_TYPE" of item 4 in table BBP_PDIGP in transaction BBP_PD. If so, then ECC PO item will be created a service item and a sub service line, because this is how service PO looks like in ECC. In SRM, we don't support hierarchy in PO, so the service item will only be added in the format of a 'flat' service.

Wendy

Hi Wendy,
Thanks for your response.
All items are service items. But only one line has sub lines in ECC. And user calming that while converting PO from SOCO she dint create any sub lines.
So how I will catch 4th line item has sub lines in SRM perspective?? Will it at shopping cart level ?
or system is taking automatically depends on description or some other condition ?
Kindly provide some inputs.
Thanks,
Viswanath.
Hi Wendy,
Please check attached document for screen shots.
Original PO has 12 times, 11th item have problem as I mentioned.
2. ECC PO: all 12 items got replicated successful but 11th item has the problem as I mentioned.
3.
Below one is the screen shot of 11 th item from ECC side which is showing it has sub lines.
