Service PR transfer issue through BBP_EXTREQ_TRANS from ECC to SRM.

Hi ,

We are in SAP SRM 7.13 Version: Extended classic scenario

We are configured PDP scenario and we transfer the PR through RFC program and BBP_EXTREQ_TRANS.

For materials PR we have no issue but for the Service PR’s we are getting the issue(not transferring to SRM) and SLG1 log says the below errors.

Error message: Not Possible to calculate tax

Error message: Error in parameter transfer

Stop: No logical system for FI is maintained; inform system admin.

Stop: Enter the company code

Error message: Enter product category

Error message: Enter Quantity

Enter unit of measure

Stop: Document type for determined back-end system missing

Warning message: Enter a value in the mandatory field commitment item in account assignment

Note we have only one company code and we don’t have any issue during material PR transfer.

Hi,

First I suggest you check the following KBAs:

1915491- Settings for the RFC user for External requirements in SRM

1646982 - How to enable external requirement transfer

Then please make sure all the data in ECC PR are already mapped to SRM side and the RFC user should have authorization to use these data in SRM side.
