Service hierarchies passed from catalog in SRM 5.0?

Hi all,

I know in SRM 7.0 you can pass service hierarchies from a catalog to the shopping cart provided you use OCI 4.01 or 5.0 (Note 1287412).

Now my question is: Can you do this in SRM 5.0 as well? (provided the catalog can do it)

Hi Ulrike

You can also look into the use of CCM Model Service Specification but this will of course also have the same drawback as Masa has mentioned, SRM 5.0 cannot handle it.

Best to forget about use of service hierarchies unless using SRM 7.0!

Hi,

SRM-MDM Catalog can transfer service hierarchy but SRM5.0 side can not handle it.
