Service contract has no plant in ECC

Hello mates.

We have an issue. We publish a central contract from CLM-->SRM-->ECC. For some reason, free text service contract don't come with a plant in ECC even though we have specified that in CLM. We checked in SRM and the contract does not even have a location field. Material contracts are fine.

Please share some ideas as this is needed in ECC.

Hi Mathweus,

    Please check the SRM 'Integrated Document config' to make sure the Plant data is being included in the XML. If it is included, then please check to make sure the business system of the plant corresponds to the business system maintained in the system properties..

If all the above looks fine, please open an OSS ticket and send us the XML file that is sent from SAP Sourcing to PI. Please also attach screenshots of the Integrated Document Config and the MA in sourcing as well as the master data details for the plant that is assigned to the MA.

Thanks for your response.

I have checked the XML from Sourcing to SRM and plant is included. The XML from SRM to ECC does not include plant - issue could be in SRM. Even when I check the contract in SRM in NWBC, there is not even a location field.

Could this be some SRM issue?

    Yes, looks like something on the SRM side, have you contacted the SRM experts?. Please post this query about Plant information not being transferred from SRM to ECC... there may be some SRM experts able to give you a quick reply...
