Hi Team,
In the case of Service POs & as per the business process the supplier needs to request for "Service Completion certificate" & once the certificate has been approved & given to the supplier only after that the supplier can create SES & proceed further.
Is there any possibility in DSN to accommodate this as an additional task in the Service Scenarios?

you cannot make it as a task.
you can have a custom field on SES creation that will be a mandatory question:
" Is your certificate for Service Completion approved? " YES/NO
in case supplier selects 'NO' - then SES cannot be submits as it throws an error message.
