'Send to External System' option based on condition for syncing Contract with S4H/External System

Hi Team,

normally we use the manual option 'Send to External System' on the CLID document to sync the contract from Ariba to S4H. We have a client requirement that the above option should be available only for 'Sub Agreement’ and should be disabled for master agreement. Could you please confirm whether this conditional restriction is possible or not?

Whether will it (Manual option) be possible to disable all hierarchy types and will it manage through back-end integration (auto integration) based on certain fields?

Hi,

Unfortunately, now we do not have any preconfigured option for the Send to External system option being disabled for different Hierarchical types of contracts, but this type of request can always be discussed with the SAP Ariba Services team which can work closely with you and your customer to create custom validations for some fields, in this type of request the button will not be showed if the Contract Workspace/Contract is a Master Agreement.
