Send Reminders to Suppliers for Setting Up MFA

Is there an existing feature to automatically send email reminders to suppliers to set up their MFA in their Ariba Network Supplier accounts with existing relationships with the buyers?

The current procedure is to manually send email reminders to the suppliers to set up their MFA after extracting the list in SAP Ariba Network Buyer account with the following steps: From the SAP Business Network Page -> More -> Reports -> Reports -> Select a report with Report Type Supplier Profile -> Run the Report -> Download the Report

Hello,

The Supplier account administrator can send reminder emails to users who still need to enable Multi-Factor Authentication, but your workaround is a great way to know which supplier accounts need to take action. Thanks for sharing!
