Self registration portal-accept button click - WS14000030 not triggerring.

Hi,

Supplier Logs on Self registration portal and registers in the portal. Once the registration is completed. The Purchaser Logs on in to the portal and Clicks on Pre-select supplier. The Purchaser selects the supplier and the ACCEPT button is clicked- Automatically a Workflow is being triggered- Here the Workflow is not being triggered. I have activated the workflow WS 14000030 (One step approval for Business Partner).

Can anyone help me in this regards and can give me a feasible solution.
