Hi all
We want to have Peppol e-invoicing solution in Germany.
Invoice flow for inbound invoices will be Supplier > Peppol Network> DRC > SAP Ariba CIM > S/4 HANA Public cloud.
During integration, we need to choose suitable service plan for SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management (CIM).
CIM and S/4 public cloud integrate seamlessly and are covered under scope item 4N6.
When read set up instructions for 4N6, it says that the set up by booster by default chooses service plan as ''scim''.
however, in the Peppol integration SAP content , it asks us to choose CIM service plan as ''Inbound - drc''
Whereas a BTP account global administrator or a person setting up the system, when he accesses SAP BTP cockpit, he sees below service plans to choose from -
Thus getting very much confused about which plan to choose from.
Another question is - in set up instructions 4N6, it clearly says that there are 2 licenses viz. a) SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management and b) SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management, Inbound Processing Module.
I want guidance upon on what basis we can decide whether to take Inbound processing module license or not to take...what are its specific uses which are not included in SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management license.
Help in this regards will be greatly appreciated..
Note - I have been reading lots and lots of content related to SAP ARiba central invoice management from SAP but not getting answers to my queries.
Regards
Megha

Good day @MeghaIngulkar @Robert-Jan
Not sure if you both work in the same organisation. I will be basing my answer on @Robert-Jan's comment.
Thank you for your clarification.
Since your invoices will come through Peppol à DRC à CIM à public cloud, you must use the CIM service plan inbound-drc in your BTP subaccount.
The scim plan is only for standard Ariba Network or manual invoice integrations.
Additionally, for you to enable Peppol integration and inbound eDocument handling, you will need the SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management, inbound Processing Module license.
You can consult blog: Integration SAP DRC (cloud edition) with SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management and the recommended reference for Setting Up Connectivity.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Best regards
Chris
