Script Definition - Rfx Class for Target Post Phase Change not triggering

Hello,

I want to execute a script for Rfx Class right after phase changed (which i think corresponds to "Post Phase Change") but it does not trigger. I test the same script for different target ( "validated" ) and it works perfectly.

Hello,

Unfortunately not all phase changes are created equal.  The phase change lifecycle events you are trying to use are only supported for documents that support configurable phase definitions.  That would be Projects, Contract Documents, Supplier (Reg/Mod via Workflow) and UDOs.  They are not triggered for RFx.  Sorry.

so, i think i need i workaround for this... I want to send an e-mail after award phase at Rfx to suppliers that didn't win the auction (at the same time is sent an award mail for the winner).

do you have any ideas how i can do that?

Hi,

You can use same email sending logic in RFx validation script.
