Hi Team,
When scoring vendors, even when imputting a score between 1 - 10 , it is not recognising at as a score. However, it is scoring for closed question which require a 'Yes or No' question. Is there some config i need to do in the system?
Many thanks.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Baski,
I'm using collaborative scoring.
On the buyer side, when in putting response scoring (1 - 10) on the vendors reply to the questions, it is not acknowledging that the collaborator or buyer has scored the question.
Anything in the back end i need to adjust.
Many thanks,
Leon

Hi,
A few things to check are:
1. On the Document Setup --> Scoring tab, have you add the scorers who will provide scores on the RFx responses? When you click on Add, it shows up the list of Collaorators on the RFx from which you can choose the scorer
2. Are your scorers able to see the 'Scoring' tab when they open up the RFx for scoring?
3. On the Scoring tab, is the user selecting the Supplier proposal(s) which he's she is going to score on?
4. Make sure the Collaborator Scoring Status is not set to closed by the Owner of the event. This is done by Actions --> Close Collaborative scoring.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,
Vikram Shukla

Hi,
Could you please provide more info to see what is the issue:
What type of scroring do you use? Standard or Collaborative? if standard, you navigated to the Rfx Responses>Response 1> Questions>section 1> Question Scories tab and provided values there. is that right?
Do you see some errors in the UI or in the logs?
thanks, baski
