SC work item not found in Approval preview

*Hello,*

*We encounter issue with work items for Sc's those are not appeared in approval preview.*

*SC created and approved -> PO created--> Confirmation and Invoice done*

*User checking the SC via monitor shopping cart and observed that no work item found in SC approval preview*

*We assume that, SC work items might be archieved and therefore not found in approval preview.*

*If this is the case,please help me for how to check the archived work item for object(shopping cart)*

Hi,

You can see the concerning WFL log in the tools for this: SWI1 and SWI6.

Take the Document GUI from BBP_PD and access SWI6. Or take the main WI from the WFL at bbp_pd and access the SWI1.

I could not find any WF log either in BBP_PD or SWI6/SWI1

Because, this SC work item has been archived

Please help me for where can i find archievd work item per SC.
