SC problem when process in carry out sourcing

Hi Expert,

We are using SRM 5 and facing problem when we were trying to process SC in sourcing cockpit.

In the carry out sourcing cockpit the checkbox getting gray or blocked , so we can select it to next process. Can you help me what happend? and how to reactivate?

The status sc :

Stats:

We try to run this program

Z_SC_STATUS_CHECK_8

CLEAN_REQREQ_UP

BBP_GET_STATUS_2

BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED

but still not working

Hello,

Check in BBP_PD, at item level if table BBP_PDBEI has any value related to backend object ID.

If so, check if document has been created.

If not, you have to reprocess this document.

Check notes 1480994 and 1734421. They provide further information on this.

We have check BBP_PDBEI table, but it has no any value related to backend object id.

can you tell me how to reprocess?...or we have cancel this SC?...and create new again?

Refer to note 1734421, we check in SE38 and try to run report BBP_SC_AUTO_RETRANSFER, but this program does not exist.  Do we have to apply something to have the report?

Looks like SC Item is already being processed into follow-on document based on the status

0000000001 I1111          Item in Transfer Process

Run CLEAN_REQREQ_UP for this SC and check if the status is updated with follow-on document.

We have run CLEAN_REQREQ_UP several times bit still not working
