SC is not updated in RFx tracking tab

Dear All,

Working in SRM 7.02.

Creating a RFx document from SC in SOCO application.

for some RFx doesn't have the SC number in Tracking tab in RFx and the same in SC.

where some RFx has the SC number.

I checked the object link for those document is not updated or not shown in BBP_PD transaction.

where the RFx item has the SRC_GUID which is updated with SC item guid information.

Where exactly the header object link and Item object link that is displayed in BBP_PD is being linked.

i.e. in which table ??

kindly provide your suggestion.
