SC in status I1111

Hi All,

We have extended classic scenario in SRM 7.0. We have succsfully setup our development box and everythign working fine. Noe in our QA system we have issue that SC ig going in the status I1111. The status as follows:

The status of the SC is as below:

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered

HEADER I1129 Approved

0000000001 I1111 Item in Transfer Process

We ran the report 'BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED' and it changed the

status of SC to I1112. After that we executed the Function

Module 'BBP_PD_SC_RESUBMIT' for the same shopping cart and it did

created PO.

Now our issue is that these should be done automatically in the backend

once SC gets created and approved.

Any one any clue?

This is slowly turned into a "classic" shopping cart issue. You could search for SAP notes by entering search string "I1111" and component SRM-EBP-SHP. There should be plenty of suggestions and diagnosis from the resulting notes.

Hi

please find out any error occured in RZ20 OR APPLICATION monitor.

Are indeed follow on docuement created for shopping cart? or go to monitor sc - click follow on document icon after 2 minutes you wil get an error message at right hand side. what is the error message?

Thanks we have these jobs scheduled.

No follow on document is getting created. No error message coming in the Application monitoring. When we run the above reports then only the message comes in the application monitoring.

Not sure why the follow on document not getting created.

Any idea?

Hi Smita,

Please check that nuber range for Purchase order has been configered properly in your quality enviroment. This might resolve the issue.

did you click the create follow on document icon via monitor shopping cart. you will get a clue from there to resolve

Check whether your using task ID 40007988 in your process schema for automatic process level..

We checked number range, task id and monitor SC. Everything is as suggested.

what is the error in RZ20 TRANSACTION for that shopping cart.

Thanks to all for valuable suggestion. We could resolve the issue our own.

The Solution was to assign the user WF-BATCH in the Organization structure. The dump was coming in ST22 ans SM58 as well.

Hi

Schedule jobs Clean_ReqReq_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 in background to run every 5 minutes. That will solve your problem
