SC going to Wrong Approver

Hi

We are using SRM 5.5 ,, SC created by the user is not going to her Manager maintained in the Org.structure, It is going to some other person in the org.structure...

I have checked,, substitutions.. approval limits etc... HRP1001 etc... no issue in any where...

But i dont know .. how the SC found the different approver.,,,,,

Please tell me where do i have to check for further analysis...

We are using custom template...

This problem is with a particular user only...

For all other users ,,,the workflow is working fine....

please let me know any checks i need to carry out....

Hi,

You can run the FM SWX_GET_MANAGER with test&debug mode.

Replace the value for 'ORG_OBJECT', 'OTYPE' and 'OBJID' in debug mode.
