SC - field "Name of Shopping Cart" is not displayed

Hi, experts,

As you can see in the attached pictures, in one user the field "Name of Shopping Cart" is hidden somehow.

We checked the roles and they are ok.

Does anyone know how can make the field visible again?

Hello,

It seems that this user has hidden this field by mistake.
You can ask him to unhide this field by using the right mouse button.

Read note 1667414, that describes this same issue, but for another field.
