Hi Folks,
Shopping cart is approved and PO and invoice documents has been created. But SC work floiw is retriggered again.
i am not usre what happened in SRM. but by running the report BBP_BGRD_APPROVAL we set the status from 'in process to ERROR'..
i would like kknow the reason....................i found one report RBBP_NOTIFICATION_OFFAPP and my colleagues told me this report is running in back ground...but i am not sure about this.

Hello,
Take a look at workflow log via SWI6 transaction. You need the PO GUID.
Then check the workflow log details, specifying the "chronological view".
Normally, you can see which kind of error happened within the workflow.

Thanks for reply...i saw thtat main work flow ws1400013 is having subworkflow WS14000134..it has requested start time as ZERO MINUTES. my server was down on date. so when it is up and having sub workflow reqested start time AS zero.
will it be the casuse for re triggereing the subworkflow.
