SC Approval Issue

The user has created the SC.

I can see the list of Approvers in Portal, So far no one has approved the SC. The first approver did not see the SC in his list.

How can fix this issue?

Do I have to re-trigger the WF / use SWIA / anything els?

Hello,

Try to forward this work item to this user again.

Check the work item number in SWI6 and use the SWIA to forward it.

which release of SRM are you working in?

please check the workflow log using the transaction SWI6 , to check whether there are any errors(or) problems in the workflow.
